Interview with Deepak Shrestha

About Him
Born in Gorkha in 1983, Shrestha Deepak grew and studied his primary education in Mugling Bazaar. He is a computer enthusiast, web developer and system designer and lover of music and literature. He has featured with social and friendly candidate while he was in School and college life. He has just won prestigious title Mr. Nobel 2006 for his many achievements as a student and contribution for enhancement of student in college
.

  • He has been brilliant in his studies. He topped his school in the year 1997.His brilliance in education was proved later when he came as “District Topper” of

Chitwan district. He has been bright student in Bachelor level as well as earning excellent grades and stood first in different semester, He was winner of the software competition 2005 organized by Kantipur Engineering College.

  • Besides these, he has been very active in different social and other activities .He has been working as representatives of Nobel College in ITS Nepal and CAN info tech. hand has been actively participated in different social development program. He was president of youth Red Cross circle from 2002 -2005.and he has been chosen as best college representatives in 2004.

Q:        When were you happiest?
A:         When I won titled as Mr. Nobel 2006.

Q:        What is your greatest fear?
A:         Height –I get vertigo if I stand up.

Q:        What is your earliest memory?
A:         I have both happy and panic memories but I remember, it was the day when my father left us and stands in our memory only.

Q:        Which living person do you most admire and why?
A:         My mother, Juna, she is source of my inspiration .So loving.

Q.        What is the trait you most deplore in yourself?
A:         Worry.

Q:        What is the trait you most deplore in others?
A:         Arrogance.

Q:        What is your most treasured possession?
A:         I kept myself very up to date when I was a boy.


Q:        What is your strength?
A:         hard working & optimistic.

Q:        What would your super power be?
A:         Flying would be useful in Pokhara.

Q:        What makes you depressed?
A:         Needless religious conflict.

Q:        What do you most dislike about your appearance?
A:         I really don’t know I don’t really care.

Q:        What is your most unappealing habit?
A:         My mother says I can not remember if she has milk in coffee.

Q:        What is your favorite smell?
A:         Jasmine.

Q:        What is your favorite word?
A:         Love and Peace.

Q:        What is your favorite book?
A:         The cutting Room by Louise Welsh.

Q:        what do you owe your parents?
A:         From my father determination, from my mother inspiration and from brother ambitious.

Q:        Have you ever said” I Love you?”
A:         No, I have not got chance.

Q:        To whom would you most like to say sorry and way?
A:         To my father. I could not show him my success and I won’t.

Q:        What you would like to say to youth?
A:         Youth has power to break boundaries of obstacles when their desire meets opportunities. They can feel then winning is no t everything, it is only the thing.

Q:        What has been your biggest disappointment?
A:         The delaying appointment of VC in Pokhara University resulted one semester lost study in USA.

Q:        What do you consider your greatest achievement?
A:         Being a Mr. Nobel 2006.

Q:        Finally, what is the most important lesson life has taught you?
A:         Not to take things too seriously.
